Nestled in the southwestern Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, our clinic was built on family, service, and a deep respect for community. What began as a vision to provide honest, accessible healthcare close to home has grown into a family-owned medical practice where patients are treated like neighbors, not numbers.

Our clinic is led by Lisa Wynn, APRN (FNP). Her commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care is the foundation of everything we do. Working alongside her is her daughter, Whitney Salmon, who coordinates laboratory services, referrals, and prior authorizations to ensure patients experience seamless care beyond the exam room. Her son, Walt Wynn Jr, manages billing and front-desk operations, welcoming patients and helping them navigate the practical side of healthcare with clarity and respect. Completing our team is the owner’s sister, Margie Smith, a registered nurse whose clinical experience and steady presence add another layer of care and continuity.

Because we are family-run, communication is personal, accountability is built in, and every patient interaction matters. We understand the unique healthcare needs of our Appalachian community and are proud to serve generations of families with dignity, transparency, and heart.

We offer multiple services, including , but not limited to, family medicine and the treament of chronic conditions, MAT Treatment - Opioid Use Disorder (In office and online), Weight Management (GLP-1 agents), Women’s Health, acute services, urgent care services including stitching.
